I initiated a project that delivered a new Visual Strategy for the DAKCS brand and its software suite. I led the efforts in researching target audience characteristics, comparing the competitive landscape, and understanding the company's core strengths and attributes. Using this research, I crafted a new company persona, reinvented the visual identity of the company and its core product, designed & developed new websites for both the company and its product, and redesigned countless marketing assets including banner ads, landing pages, sales assets, and more.

This new Visual Strategy became a key resource in subsequent projects to unify inconsistent design systems and to design a brand new product.

DAKCS Website

Using the newly defined brand identity, I implemented a new website for DAKCS as part of a greater branding and strategic vision. In order to enter new markets, DAKCS had to create a clear position as a fin-soft company that also oversees a House of Brands.

BeyondARM.com

As part of a greater Brand and Strategic Vision, I helped DAKCS unify several oddly-named products that were actually just add-ons and companion tools to its flagship product. This newly-unified system retained the name 'Beyond ARM' and given its own dedicated web & marketing presence.

Logo Refinement

Logo design is much like naming -- both carry little to no significance when first introduced. Over time, they become vessels for the meaning and emotions the brand embodies. At DAKCS, the logo had become inconsistent and outdated. I chose to address both of those issues without jeopardizing the recognition and meaning it had developed among its customers and its target industries.
