I redesigned a web app that increased overall customer satisfaction, improved product usability, and reduced customer training burdens -- all through front-end only changes. The project involved a large design constraint where back-end changes to the application were off the table. I worked closely with a small development team to understand the problems, design solutions, and helped deliver a major update that was on-time and on-budget.
